AMI솔루션(원격검침시스템) Oracle DBCS(Cloud Service) 도입

Kyungdong City Gas is a leading company in the gas manufacturing industry in Korea, supplying LNG to Ulsan and Yangsan regions. Despite the slowdown and stagnation of the overall city gas industry growth, since 2007, when the city gas industry first introduced management innovation and laid the foundation for customer-oriented management, 2~3 ranked in the domestic city gas company’s supply volume rankings now.

경동도시가스는 에너지 공급자가 아닌 솔루션 프로바이더가 되기 위하여 현재 클라우드 전환에 대해 고려중입니다. 최근에는 Test를 목적으로 AMI 솔루션에 가격대비 성능이 우수한 OCI를 선택하여 Cloud Migration을 완료하였고, 안정성과 성능에 만족하고 있습니다.

Kyungdong City Gas is currently considering cloud conversion to become a solution provider rather than an energy provider. Recently, for the purpose of testing, they completed the cloud migration by selecting OCI with excellent price/performance ratio for AMI solution, and they are satisfied with its stability and performance.

경동도시가스는 작년에 신규 솔루션인 AMI 솔루션(원격검침시스템)에 OCI를 도입하였고,  클라우드 전환에 대한 만족도는 높은 수준이며 계약 만료 전 사용량 추이에 따른 증설계약을 고려하고 있습니다.

향후에는 메인 인프라도 클라우드로 전환 후 IT 플랫폼을 혁신으로 다양한 파트너와 솔루션 생태계를 구축할 계획입니다.

Kyungdong City Gas introduced OCI to new AMI solution(Remote meter reading system) last year, and the satisfaction level for cloud conversion is high, and there is a possibility of extension contract according to the usage trend before the contract expires.

The customer plans to build a solution ecosystem with various partners by transforming the IT platform after converting the main infrastructure to the cloud in the future.
